Our senior classes are based around training and teaching our syllabus, mixed with some basic fitness. Our syllabus is a combination of practical self defence techniques, using pins, locks and throws to create a balanced self defence system. Like most martial arts, these are broken into a number of modules (shown by your belt colour) allowing you to progess logically.
The training is run at your own tempo: there is a strong backbone to the training, but we allow you to progress at your own pace and pursue what interests you. Unlike some organisations, there will be no pressure to grade or move quickly… Our aim is to give you a rounded set of practical defence tools that you are confident using.
Our adult classes are a great way to learn new skills, develop fitness, and get involved. You can boost your confidence, meet new people and learn some practical know-how should you get in trouble!
